Just goin tae get my excuses in early!!
I'm working tomorrow morning on a water rescue course at Tamdhu so, by the time I get tae Dufftown I'll have spent 5 hours paddlin' aboot in the Spey.
If I look a bit jaded, that'll be my excuse as I'm up at the crack o' dawn, however if my first touch is sh**e and I'm found to be 70 yards oot o' position a' the time, then your Honour, 'I have no defence'. That's purely doon tae bein too auld and oot o' practice.
Anybody else gettin in wi an excuse?

respect for your thinking on boosting yer carbs by dining out at the well known fitness clinic that is the Iberlour chippie, masterstroke.
I am jist back from an extremely athletic couple of days in Argyll where I boosted my protein levels by consuming steak and several lagers.

Good call on the camera action, Dougie has never been in the thick of the action, he wiz usually found posing aboot at the edge of the box waiting for us hard working players to lay it on a plate for him, abit like the Iberlour chippie I suppose.
Joking apart. I am fair looking forward tae having a great day on Seturday. Especially waiting to hear one of the classics.....Gerrrrrieees baaaawwwww!
